Witness one of nature's most magical moments on this seasonal sea turtle nesting tour from Tamarindo, running from December to May. Under a sky full of stars, watch giant sea turtles crawl out of the Pacific to lay their eggs on the sand, just as they have for millions of years. It's one of the most unforgettable night tours in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
We pick you up at your hotel and take you by 4x4 to Playa Minas, one of the most important sea turtle nesting beaches in Costa Rica. Here you'll see Olive Ridley sea turtles and, if you're lucky, the rare and endangered leatherback. Your local guide uses special infrared light so you can see the turtles clearly and take your own photos without disturbing them.
Nature sets the schedule, so expect some waiting on the sand, and sometimes a short beach walk to find the turtles. Perfect for families, nature lovers and wildlife photographers, with free round trip transportation from Tamarindo and Langosta.

I had such a fun time renting ohana's scooters! Definitely the best in town. They also offer hidden tours, be sure to ask them for it!

Free cancellation up to 7 days before. Cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before and you get half back. Inside 48 hours the operator has already committed the day, so there's no refund. If we cancel for weather or a boat problem, you choose another day or a full refund.

Samuel made renting a scooter with him extremely easy. He was very responsive and even picked up the scooter near my hotel to make my departure day smoother. Not only that, he recommended a dive shop to me for my first ever scuba dive which was fantastic. Will definitely work with him again when I return to Tamarindo
